iMayflower is an ambitious programme bringing together Plymouth’s creative talent and excellent digital resources, with the city’s existing strengths in sectors such as healthcare, marine, manufacturing and cultural tourism.

With the city’s existing strengths in sectors such as healthcare, marine, manufacturing and cultural tourism. Central to this is iLEAD, a new development programme for leaders in Plymouth.

By supporting the sector and nurturing creative people power, iLEAD will provide Plymouth with the new products, services and experience that are vital to refreshing and adapting the local economy and liveability of the city. Good leadership will be critical to mobilising efforts across sectors and the region to make this a reality. iLEAD will raise the sector’s game, honing its shape and influence so that it is recognised as not just valuable now but as an essential part of future prosperity.

Delivered by Nous’ expert team, iLEAD is a bespoke 12-month programme that is looking for change agents from across the city. It will create and embed an ecosystem of talent that will challenge conventional wisdom and shape and grow social and economic prosperity. As Plymouth re-opens and the economy reboots, it will encourage creative and cultural leaders to join forces with others from different sectors to support these efforts and create a progressive leadership model that will deliver a dynamic new vision for the future.

iLEAD will help you grow your skills and:

  • extend your network of senior leaders
  • understand and shape your leadership style, values and strengths
  • drive cross-collaboration across sectors, Plymouth and the region
  • increase recognition of the value and importance of the creative sector to the local economy
  • establish an ecology of collaborators
  • embed greater diversity of leadership across Plymouth
  • give you greater confidence in your role as a leader and ambassador for Plymouth
