Supported Living
They are passionate about promoting and ensuring that deaf and disabled people can have full access to all services they need, feel like valued members of their community and able to live Independently.
Direct Payments
The Direct Payments scheme is a UK Government initiative that allows you to receive a personal budget from your council to help you pay for the care and support you need day-to-day.
Befriending
Befriending offers supportive, reliable relationships through befrienders to people who would otherwise be socially isolated. Befriending often provides people with a new direction in life, opens up a range of activities and leads to increased self-esteem and self-confidence.
Role Models
Their role models work alongside Deaf and disabled people to support them in making healthy and positive lifestyle choices. They act as positive role models as they prepare young Deaf and disabled people for adult life.
Access to Work
They understand that acquiring and then maintaining a job, whether that be full-time or part-time, can be difficult. They aim to work with their clients to support them on their employment journey and provide them with a high-quality service whilst in employment.
With recent and continued expansion, they are looking to expand the wealth of knowledge that they have with highly qualified and experienced staff.
