How did you use technology in lockdown?
Lockdown was quick and the impact immense. Decisions had to be made, for better or worse. For many, technology was a vital part of the solution, either there ready to help, or adopted and rolled out across teams now working remotely.
But which technologies did we use? What worked best? And what changes will now be integrated into businesses for the long-term?
Devon IT and Technology support company, Timewade have launched the second Technology for Success Survey to answer these questions and share the findings with the business community.
They are gathering data, assessing the findings and highlighting key learnings for SMEs to consider.
The ‘Technology for Success 2020’ study will discover how South West-based SMEs used technology to respond to the many challenges of lockdown.
Any business who takes the survey will be sent the full insight report, setting out the findings and key recommendations, to help develop an approach to technology to support operations, customer acquisition and recovery. Participants will also be entered into a draw to win a LARQ self cleaning water bottle.
The road to recovery is likely to be a long one. Be it quick fixes or major IT changes, challenges or opportunities, innovation or practical solutions, they hope the study will provide practical guidance at a crucial time.
