Disruption Works‘ chatbot platform joins the Customer Service Team at prestige restaurant Chotto Matte.

Disruption Works are proud to be working with prestige clients in the restaurant sector.

Chotto Matte restaurants are an exciting dining experience, delivering the very best of Nikkei (Japanese—Peruvian) cuisine to the highest customer service standards in London, Miami and Toronto.  The two cultures share a deep appreciation for fresh fish and seasonal ingredients, with Japanese sushi and sashimi, and Peruvian ceviche central to their gastronomy. Nikkei is a unique blend of these culinary traditions, a lively combination of Japanese and Peruvian ingredients and techniques. So you can imagine how exciting it is to be working with them to develop a chatbot to join their global team.

The hospitality sector is facing huge challenges at the moment, with logistics issues and staff shortages affecting service levels and the bottom line. Alarmingly, several restaurants that they have spoken to are expecting their customer service to suffer and seem resigned to that fact.

Chotto Matte thought differently.  They approached Disruption Works for a smart solution in the form of a chatbot which will handle simple enquiries, freeing up time for the team to concentrate on excellence of service that needs the human touch.

Chotto Matte had seen what Disruption Works had done for their friends at Sketch London, a three Michelin Star restaurant, where we developed a Chatbot which transformed the first point of contact for them. The chatbot answers customer questions, providing the information they need to book or just have a smooth customer experience. This has reduced the number of incoming calls, freeing up the team to provide that Michelin star service where it is needed and has increased bookings.

At Disruption Works, they pride themselves on developing gold standard chatbots to deliver excellent customer service alongside your team, and do not cost the earth.

As a South West business, they appreciate the important part hospitality plays in our local economy. They understand the challenges that the sector is facing, especially with the recent story from the BBC about hospitality staff being at ‘breaking point’ so taking a lead from some of the best in the sector might just help.

Steve Tomkinson, MD at Disruption Works said, “We have the technology and expertise to support other local businesses and with proven models that will make the difference when staff and time are so precious. Let us help.”
