Park tenant and Devon-based training provider BIT Training has exciting news for adults in Devon and Cornwall looking to boost their careers and seize high-value opportunities in the tech industry. In partnership with Cornwall Marine Network (CMN) and Phoenix Sports and Media Group (PSMG), BIT Training offers free IT and cybersecurity training as part of the government-funded Skills Bootcamp initiative.

Under the banner of the Skills for Life program, Devon County Council are spearheading this initiative, supported by funding from the Department for Education’s National Skills Fund. The program continues to target adults aged 19 or over in Devon and Cornwall, providing them with a pathway to enhance their skills and employability for high-demand roles in rapidly growing tech industries. The best part? The training is entirely free*, catering to individuals who are unemployed, self-employed, employed full or part-time, or considering a return to work.
