Growth Strategy Workshop – planning for 2023!
Achieving growth is becoming increasingly difficult as the pace of change accelerates, and day-to-day distractions delay essential planning activities.
In this workshop Oceansgate will help you uncover suitable growth strategies for 2023, looking closely at key elements of your business – target markets, current performance, product, competitors, pricing & more to develop practical actions that pave a clear path to success.
A workshop that will be adapted to the specific needs of the group on the day, but here’s a taste of what you might expect:
What delegates can expect to learn;
• An audit of current marketing performance, clarifying target market segments
• How to gain valuable insights from existing customers
• A review of your competitors’ performance
• Current product & pricing strategy review
• Learning a series of growth tools that you can use later in the business.
There will be opportunities to ask questions and receive bespoke advice during the sessions along with a FREE lunch.
We will contact you with the joining details once you have registered. Please book early to avoid disappointment as spaces for Meet the Expert Workshops are limited and sell out very quickly.
