Plymouth Science Park are seeking a new Chair to help drive the Park forward during these challenging economic times.
We have aspirations to drive economic growth in the city, across a range of bedrock and accelerator sectors. The Chair will support the CEO to develop a new strategy for the Park for the decade ahead, to help retain and attract talent to the city, in a sustainable and environmentally responsible way.
We are seeking an innovative, visionary and influential individual to work closely with the CEO to develop and deliver a refreshed strategic vision to drive PSP forwards. Working closely with the Board and relevant stakeholders, you will use your expertise to help take the Park into its next exciting phase. The Chair will line manage the CEO.
The Chair’s primary role is to ensure that the Board is effective in its task of setting and implementing the company’s direction and strategy by working closely with the CEO. The Chair will be a champion for effective governance, helping set our ambition, raise our profile and to engage closely with the members to align with their strategic aspirations.
