• Cloud telephony services – including advanced features like call queues, remote access, bespoke call handling and call centre functionality.
• Secure managed WiFi – for you and your team, plus free public WiFi in shared meeting rooms and breakout spaces.
• Pre-wired offices – all office units come ready with structured cabling for voice and data.

It’s a smart, cost-effective alternative to Public Cloud hosting, backed by enterprise-grade security, backup power, and high-speed connectivity.

That means no long lead times, no hidden fees – and hands-on support from the people who run it.

• Power resilience: Dual UPS systems, dual power feeds to each rack, and a dedicated 500kVA generator with 48-hour fuel capacity.
• Environmental security: Precision cooling, VESDA fire detection, inert gas suppression, hot/cold aisle zoning and water leak detection.
• Round-the-clock monitoring: Real-time alerts and historical reporting across all critical systems.
• Multiple telecoms providers onsite: BT, Virgin Media Business and National Grid Telecom – ready for rapid provisioning.
• Green energy: The Data Centre is powered on green energy tariffs, in line with the wider Park’s sustainability ethos.
• On-site support: Our ICT team provides “remote hands” services and physical access assistance should you need it.
